The 2023 Durango is available in multiple trims, starting with the SXT, featuring flowing lines and substantial proportions enhanced by bright roof side rails and 18-inch Tech Silver aluminum wheels. The SXT Plus adds a power sunroof, while the GT features a power liftgate, a dual exhaust, and 20-inch Fine Silver aluminum wheels. These fixtures and a power sunroof appear on the GT Plus. You can take advantage of a trailer tow group with the GT Premium. The R/T rides on Fine Silver wheels, and you'll find Satin Carbon wheels on the Citadel model. The R/T HEMI Orange commands attention with unique badging, a Gunmetal/Orange hood stripe, and 20-inch Black Noise wheels. The R/T Plus and R/T Premium sit atop Fine Silver wheels and offer a trailer tow group and a power sunroof. The SRT 392 comes with Brembo six-piston brakes, and on the SRT 392 Plus and SRT 392 Premium, you'll find the trailer tow group and a power sunroof. Dodge also offers an SRT Hellcat, SRT Hellcat Plus, and SRT Hellcat Premium, which take inspiration from performance car architecture.
Engine (Power)
The 2023 Durango lineup's base engine is a 3.6-liter V-6 capable of producing 293 horsepower and 260 pound-feet of torque. This substantial output enables the Durango to tow up to 6,200 pounds. Select models feature a 5.7-liter V-8 that generates 360 horsepower and 390 pound-feet of torque. On its own, this engine enables a 7,400-pound towing capacity. Pair it with the available Tow 'N Go Package, and you can take advantage of an 8,700-pound towing capacity. The SRT 392's 6.4-liter V-8 and the SRT Hellcat's Supercharged V-8 also enable the Durango to tow 8,700 pounds.
Performance
When you drive the 2023 Durango, you'll enjoy seamless acceleration via an eight-speed automatic transmission that boosts the output and efficiency of every engine in the lineup. Available paddle shifters let you upshift and downshift from the steering wheel for a thrilling hands-on experience with an exceptional road feel.
