I had a great experience purchasing my Toyota Corolla. Matt is a good friend of mine and I knew that he would be honest and fair on a vehicle purchase. I was debating between a Honda or a Toyota. I talked to Matt about it and he suggest I check out a Toyota Corolla Sport model. I drove one closer to home and he was right, I loved it.

Next I was contacted by a salesman named Tyler and he did a great job with all the negations and so on. Your funding guy found a solid financing option for me and I was satisfied with the trade in price on my Honda Pilot.

I would say this experience will go to the top of my car purchasing list. The car was turned over to me and the paperwork signed via lantern during the biggest storm of the year. How crazy is that?

I will def. recommend Coughlin Auto group to my friends and family and think that Tyler and Matt should get a big raise- but since they are most likely on commission, how about a couple of cold ones.

We came to Circleville to look at new trucks and we came to see the Internet Manager Dane Conley. It was raining really hard when we were there last week and he took us to see every truck we wanted to see. We went from Chevrolet to GMC to Ford and he went out of his way to explain the trucks to us. We drove over 100 miles to Circleville and could not believe how professional this man was with us. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I searched all over for the Prius C that I wanted and many salesman at other dealerships were very rude. Kyle Fancher was beyond excellent and did everything he could to make the one hundred fifty mile trip there as smooth as possible. He also explained every aspect of the car to us as well because being a hybrid, some things are new. Once again, I couldn't have had a better experience buying my first brand new car and will definitely have them in mind next time I go to buy a car.

I don't usually take the time to do reviews, but my experience with Tyler Workman at Coughlin Toyota was awesome. I was able to turn my 2010 Tundra lease in 6 months early and get into 2012 Tundra. The deal was completed in a very timely manner via email and telephone. Being a busy dad and business owner, I don't have a lot of time to waste sitting at a dealership and playing games. If you want a REAL deal & want to be treated right...do yourself a BIG favor & don't waste your time at Ricart or Hatfield etc. Jim Miller & company at Coughlin Kia are professionals who understand what customer service & a square deal is all about. We originally worked with Ricart on the same Kia Soul. They had a REAL hard time finding the silver with a 6-speed and a 2.0L engine (DAYS) & warned me of how little $$ my 2010 Kia van was worth these days. Unsatisfied, I remembered talking to Jim Miller at Coughlin before & called him up late Sunday. Had a prompt callback on Monday. Long story short...Jim had me in to the dealership, had a 2.0l auto (6 spds not common) for me to test drive. Much better than the 1.6L I drove at Ricart. He then pulled up the car on his PC in maybe 5 minutes & said he could have it next day, day after at the latest. I have 800+ credit. Jim got me the sweetest financing deal and a VERY good price for my trade. They totally squared me away. I was ecstatic. Then it dawned on me how Ricart was ready to take me to the MEGA cleaners. I felt obligated to share my Coughlin experience with Ricart. It wasn't well received. Jim & company were awesome! No surprises, no "oh yeah ..I forgot to mention" type stuff. It's not like what you usually get when buying a car there. Check it out...you'll be glad you did.

Absolutely the best service and most courteous staff anywhere around. While I was signing the paperwork for my new 2012 Optima SXT, I was offered everything but a manicure (which, being old-fashioned, I would have respectfully declined anyway). They carefully went through my trade in and found anything that I had left behind. Newark was a bit of a haul from my home in Lewis Center, but the experience definitely made the trip worth it. 5 Stars.

LOVE IT! We looked hard at the Ford Fusion, in addition to the Sonata, and we would have gotten some desired features on the Fusion that we did not get on the Sonata (blind spot indicators - consider for next model year), but we fell in love with the sleek look and feel of the Sonata. Plus, we cannot say enough about the navigation system. We traveled about 400 miles the first weekedn we got the car, and what fun to drive. The Fusion deal was less money, but my salesman and finance person worked their magic and got me into the Sonata for the rock bottom APR, and I am only paying about $10 more per month over what I had been paying for four years on a Rogue. This was the first time we traded in a vehicle that we still owed money on - we tend to drive the wheels off our vehicles - and I can't tell you how nice the experience was. Like the assurance that if we do need service, we'll be able to get a loaner car. And love knowing that there are evening and Saturday hours. Would definitely recommend this dealer and this car! (our second Coughlin purchase - worth the drive from Zanesville)

Dealership has posted pictures of a corvette they have listed for sale, that no longer matches. The car has either been in an accident since the pictures have been taken, or the pictures are not of original car. There are cracks in body that were not on pictures listed on internet, and many signs that this car has been hit by something because parts of the car do not allign anymore. There are also parts of the car that are no longer included on the car, which are listed on the detailed spec sheet from the dealer. After many conversations and faxes from dealership, we drove seven hours to see this car. After confronting dealership about the differences between the pictures and specs, they told us they were well aware of everything that was wrong with the car. We asked why we were not told, and they said they had no control over what pictures were taken. The salesperson and management were not polite and I felt like they were trying to scam someone who did not know much about cars. Be careful if you buy a car at this dealership.

Friendly, fast, no pressure, had the car I wanted, gave me a good number for my trade and a good price for the new car. In and out in uner 2 hours including multiple test drives. What else can you ask for in a car dealer?
