Hear What Our Customers Have to Say

"Exceptional service department staff"

I bought a 1999 Dodge Durango and installed a new engine. This was my first purchase of a Chrysler/Dodge. When problems started to occur I visited your dealership's service department to see if I could find some answers. To make a long story short I described my situation to your service staff and I was surprised to be treated like a life long customer. Jim Elgin was especially friendly and helpful in solving all of my vehicle issues. I can't thank him enough and I'm glad to know that your dealership is staffed with employees like Jim.

"We could not have asked for more."

My wife and I had been looking to upgrade our mini-van for some time and had visited many dealers in the Columbus and Dublin area.
We simply could not find what we felt was a good or even fair deal.

Then I went to Coughlin Automotive in Marysville.  We could not be happier with the deal we received on our new Town & Country and the folks at Coughlin could not have been nicer.

They even personally drove all the forms to our home in Dublin for my wife to sign so that she did not have to drag our three kids to dealership.  We could not have asked for more.

"THANKS"

I have been wanting to go back to a minivan or crossover suv since I sold my Plymouth Voyager a few years ago.

The adds in the paper a couple of  weeks before Memorial Day brought me to Marysville to look at the 2010 Chrysler Town and Country.  I really like the flexibility of the seats that fold down into the floor.  So far I am very happy driving this car and I think we go a great deal.

"Personal Service"

Comments:      On June 12, 2010 I purchased a 2007 Acura TL from Couglin Automotive in Marysville, OH from sales representative Glenn Susmilch. This car listing was originally found on cars.com. The condition of the car and the tires were asked through an e-mail before the purchase date- and it was confirmed by phone and through carfax that the car was in GREAT condition and have never been in an accident.  Because I lived out of state this information was believed on face value.  However, within 48 hours of purchasing the car it was discovered that there was a broken accelerator pedal, a bent tire rim, two tires that were not rated for the vehicle, and 2000 more miles on the vehicle than what was advertised.  After much discussion with GM Randy Trott, Couglin paid for ONE new tire and paid for a refurbished rim.  The warranty covered the cost of the accelerator pedal. I paid for the cost of a second tire and the alignment. On 11/6/10 it was discovered by the Acura dealership in Fishers, IN that a side wall on one of the tires that was not replaced was patched.  And, on 11/10/10 it was brought to my attention that the rear bummer has been repainted and it not original to the car - inferring that the vehicle had been wrecked.  On 11/9/10 I notified Randy Trott that I felt I again had not been told the truth about the condition of the car when it was purchased. He, however, would not claim responsibility due to it being about 5 months after the purchase.  Randy has confessed to the fact that he himself drove the car for the 2000 miles, which were not disclosed. When considering all the evidence.  Something happened to the car that was not disclosed to me and was "covered" up.  I believe fully that these are not worthy business practices and should be noted, as well as rectified.
