If you want breakfast, we bet you already know about the big chains and fast food places. We’d like to suggest to you some of the best breakfast places here in Marysville, OH: places where you can get a homecooked meal or an unforgettable pastry.

McKinley’s Grille

McKinley’s opens for breakfast at 8 AM every day, and by 8:05 it’s pretty full! We love this spot for the awesome variety they offer, their wholesome family atmosphere, and the friendly service that makes you feel welcome and appreciated. They serve breakfast all day, so if breakfast for you needs to happen at noon, go for it! Or, just order some of their Silver Dollar pancakes as a side to your lunch. We’re not here to judge.

We particularly recommend their omelets, which are made with three eggs and your choice of toast. The corned beef hash and cheese omelet is particularly delicious. The Wild West Burrito will keep you full all day long, and the LayKay’s Special is the best choice for those with an appetite. It’s a 6oz steak, two eggs, toast, and hash browns. If you prefer to hold your breakfast in your hands, go for the Jim’s Club, which is a double-decker BLT with egg, mayo, and cheese.

The Coffee Hall and Creamery

If you’re a coffee lover, you need to make time to stop by this place for a cuppa. They’re open from 7 AM Monday through Saturday and at 8 AM on Sunday. This hometown favorite is the right spot for a gourmet cup of Joe and a delicious baked good, freshly delivered by local bakeries using the best ingredients. And the atmosphere here is welcoming and homey: plus, you’ll get a better coffee drink at a much better price than that you-know-who coffee chain with the green logo.

Get one of your favorite coffee drinks or try one of their seasonal menu items, which always come in a choice of hot, iced, or frozen. The cinnamon dolce latte, the box of chocolates mocha, and the chocolate-covered strawberry cold brew are some of our favorites. They also offer frozen cremes, iced chai, and more. Be sure to grab a homemade eclair, cruller, donut, or muffin to make it a satisfying breakfast splurge.

Boston’s Pizza Restaurant and Sports Bar

From the name, you’d think this was more of an afternoon place, but they open at 8 Am and offer great breakfast food, too. This is a really relaxed place to eat, and the service is always friendly and welcoming. Breakfast is served until 11 AM on the weekdays and until noon on the weekend.

Try their classics, like the breakfast flatbread, which is hand-pressed dough topped with pico de Gallo, cilantro, eggs, cheese, peppers, onions, chorizo, and jalapenos. They’ve also got a great eggs benedict, French toast and waffles you can drown in bananas with caramel butter and candied pecans, and the mother of all omelets: the Mama Meata.

If this has gotten you hungry, try one of these spots tomorrow morning. And when you’re done, come see us at Coughlin Marysville Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM to see what we have in stock or get the best vehicle service around!
