A delicious beef burger and fries.

When you’re hungry, it’s only natural to wonder about the best burgers available in Marysville, OH should you be in the area. In and among the national chains of mass-produced fast food, you’ll find some careful burger artistry around town if you look. You may well be surprised at the creative blend of options these chefs have dreamed up to take your burger experience out of the ordinary.

1. The Half Pint

At 211 East 5th Street, this spot has well-liked burgers among its pub-style offerings, and they all feature wagyu beef! How about the Cherry Bomb with hot cherry pepper jam and pepper Jack cheese (plus house-made bacon), or the PBB&J with Monterey Jack, bacon, sea salt peanut butter, strawberries, and strawberry preserves?

There’s more, including a veggie burger featuring chimichurri sauce and sauteed mushrooms. Don’t forget to check out the potential of a side of horseradish slaw or plump sweet potato fries! We do ask you to drink responsibly and in moderation. Do not drink and drive. Alcohol is intended for adults of legal drinking age only.

2. Leon’s Garage

The big menu here at 326 East 5th Street offers subs, pizza, sandwiches, salads, soups, wings, apps, and, oh, yes–burgers! Each plate has a pair of smash burgers, like the Cadillac that is topped with pulled pork, brisket, and BBQ sauce, as well as cheese and burger veggies, or the Firebird with ghost pepper cheese, jalapeno, and cilantro aioli.

The Jumpstart burger is a morning star, with breakfast literally added right on: egg, bacon, and tater tots, plus maple bacon jam! You can go a bit plainer, too, but why not turn it up with such interesting enhancements while you can?

3. The Old Bag of Nails Pub

Over at 225 East 5th Street, you’ll find the Marysville location of a very successful local chain of spots radiating from Central Ohio that eaters have appreciated for many years. This classic eatery has everything from nachos to fried seafood sandwiches to hot and cold sandwiches and much more, often with a Mexican influence thrown in.

The signature burger is their stackable smash cheeseburger with a house special mayo-mustard sauce, with bacon and more toppings optional. Of course, you’ll add that bacon!
